Tired of slow internet speeds?want to optimize your internet speeds?then you are at the right place.the below technique is known as "Bench marking"what it does is,It searches for the fastest DNS servers available in your region at makes a repot out of it informing you the available fastest DNS servers.all you have to do is,
1.Download Name Benchmark.
2.It need not be installed,so you can simply run the exe file,
3.check the first two checkboxes and click "Start Benchmark"at the bottom right corner.
4.It takes time depending on your computer,(around 10-15 min).then it will open a browser window displaying the generated report

5.something like the above image,copy the suggested primary and secondary DNS servers and use those as your DNS addresses.
6.to change DNS address,Go toControl Panel ->Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center click on your active network -> properties ->click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/ipv4) ->properties ->then check "Use the following DnS server address" and then paste both the DNS addresses from the report into preferred and alternate DNS server addresses ->click ok
NOTE: some antiviruses may flag it,but it is safe.if you face that problem,you can temporariely disable your anti virus :)
