Therez been a social networking fever running down the lane these dayz,almost everyone has been using social networking sites everyday,but wait have you ever wanted to create a social networking site of your own?if the answer is yes,then you are in a right place.Today,i will tell you how you can creat a social networking site of your own in less than 5 minutes of your time.it doesn't require any programming skills or any markup language knowledge.all you need is an email address.so,lets start
- First visit http://www.wall.fm/
- In the text box with title"grab your address",enter the address which you want your site to be hosted at,
Eg: "www.google.com"takes you to google.similarly"www.yoursitename.wall.fm"takes you to your site where "yoursitename"can be any name you want but it should not contain any spaces.
- Then you will be asked to enter other details about your website.
- Now select any theme for your website
- Now select free trial form "ultimate plan"
- It asks you to create an wall.fm account,do it
- Now it shows an confirmation regarding your created site
Note: replace"[yoursite]"with your site domain
- you would have the following available options
there you will have various options like blocking users,etc
- in settings>basic you will get the basic settings option
you can go through various other settings operations available
- You can edit themes by visiting the appearance tab
- You can add or remove pages and menu items(contents of the page or a menu section) by visiting the page menus tab
- Now go to plugins tab>Available plugins>and add instant chat plugin
- And there you go,you have a completly functional social networking site of your own!
